How we Support Students:

• 1:1 Careers Guidance with Miss Rowley, a Level 7 qualified careers advisor. 

• Work Experience Co-Ordination: Helping students gain practical insights into the workplace. 

• Pathway Support: Guidance on University Applications, apprenticeships, T Levels and more. 

• Employer Engagement: Organising talks, workplace visits, and careers fairs.  

• Ensuring the Careers Programme meets the Gatsby Benchmarks for good career guidance. 

• Tracking student engagement with careers activities and guidance. 

• Evaluating the effectiveness of the careers programme to ensure it meets students’ needs. 

• Establishing relationships with local employers, universities, and apprenticeship providers.  

• Ensuring careers education is inclusive, supporting SEND students and other vulnerable groups.  

• Preparing students for interviews. 

• Sharing up-to-date information about local and national labour markets.
